Bosch hälytetään paikalle, kun kuollut mie löytyy. Mies osoittautuu poliisiksi ja tapaus näyttää aluksi itsemurhalta. Kuitenkin Bosch päätyy tutkimaan tapausta aina Meksikoon saakka. Ihan kiva kirja, harmi ettei ole suomennettu. Annan edelleen kirjalle 3+ tähteä.
